About Us
Driver Profiling is part of E-Training World and is a technique used to establish which drivers are susceptible to having the most accidents and under what circumstances.
E-Training World has developed its on-line Driver Profiling system in association with some of the most renowned, UK’s driver training experts. We believe that a Driver Profiling system should be as realistic as possible, to ensure that all drivers risk levels are correctly identified. It is for that reason that we have not developed a psychometric test.
The Driver Profiling system covers the following categories:
Driver Profile: in this section drivers are asked questions relating to their driving e.g. work mileage, commuting mileage, number and types of road crashes they have had, driving licence penalty points, etc.
Attitude Section: in this section drivers are asked multiple choice questions.
Knowledge Section: drivers are shown various road scenes and asked a question about the scene, these questions cover many aspects of driving, from road positioning to road markings and signs etc.
Observation Section: drivers view a road scene for a short time and are then asked a question about what they have just seen.
Hazard Perception: drivers view a road scene and are asked to identify clues to potential hazards.
After the driver has completed the programme, they receive instant feedback. The manager also can track the results of their drivers through a password protected management section on the website. He/she can then decide on the most appropriate course of action to take:
- This can be in vehicle training ,with a driver training company or in-house trainer.
- E-Learning , through E-Training world or another company.
- Work shops/seminars.
- If the driver is low risk he/she may decide no further training is required.
To get started all you need to do is contact E-Training World and let us know how many drivers you have, we will set up your account and email your passwords and login codes back to you within one working day.
